These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy govern your use of the product "OneB" (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "OneB", "1B"), an integrated online system for business management that allows users to create their workspace and interact with their employees and clients. Developed by the Ukrainian team AIW systems (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Company").
If you decide to use the Platform and its applications, including RSS, API, software, and other files, you agree to comply with all the terms set forth in these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), including registering your account in OneB. These Rules constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and the Company, the subject of which is the provision of services to the user for using the Platform and its services.
We may change the terms set out in these Rules at any time, and such changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform and official communication channels.
You are required to review these Rules before using the Platform. If you continue to use the Platform after the revised Rules are published, this indicates your agreement to comply with the Rules with all their changes.
If any terms of these Rules or changes to them are unacceptable to you, you may not start using the Platform or may terminate your account as specified in section 2.2.
The Platform may terminate access to the Platform or any of its services if the user violates these terms of use.
To use the Platform, the user must register and create an account. The user is required to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
The user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and for any actions taken using their account.
To ensure the security and protection of your account, we provide the option to log in via email with a confirmation code. During login, you will be required to enter your registered email address, after which you will receive a one-time confirmation code. Copy this code from the email and paste it into the login field on our website or app to confirm your identity. Each session has a unique confirmation code, so you will need to receive a new confirmation code from your email for each login.
We understand the importance of protecting your personal information. Confirmation codes sent to your email are confidential information that you should keep secret. You are responsible for ensuring the security of your account and not disclosing confirmation codes to third parties. We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of confirmation codes disclosed due to your negligence.
For convenience and speed of login, we provide the option to use your Google account for authentication on our Platform. When choosing to log in via Google account, you will be redirected to the Google webpage, where you can log into your Google account or create a new one if you do not have one yet. After successfully logging in with your Google account, you will have access to our service using information from your Google account.
We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining high standards of data protection. When logging in via Google account, we do not receive your password or other confidential information associated with your Google account. We only receive a limited set of information from your Google account, including your name and email address. This data is used solely for your identification in our service.
You have full control over the access of your Google account to our service. At any time, you can disable the connection between your Google account and our service in the settings of your Google account. We do not share your Google account data with third parties without your prior consent, except when necessary to provide our services or required by law.
Account deletion occurs through the user's personal confirmation of the decision to delete the account. To delete an account, the user must visit the security settings on their account page and click the Delete
button. The user must confirm their decision to delete the account. Upon confirmation, the user's account will be deleted from the OneB platform.
Instructions for account deletion
The Platform provides users with access to various applications that allow managing different aspects of their business. The user has the right to use these applications within the licensing restrictions and in accordance with these terms of use.
The user agrees not to use the Platform's applications for any illegal or harmful purposes, including but not limited to, copyright infringement, distribution of malicious software, or unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
The user has the right to create their own Workspace with all confidentiality conditions according to the Rules. The user can download applications and grant access to other users to the Workspace.
The Platform allows users to invite their employees and any other users at the discretion of the Workspace owner to their Workspace for collaboration and interaction.
The user is responsible for managing the access of their employees and clients to the appropriate resources and information within the Workspace.
The user can delete and restrict access to other users within their Workspace.
The user can download applications for the Platform and integrate them with other applications within the Platform.
The user must comply with the terms of use of the installed application in the Workspace, including payment.
The user agrees to comply with the rules and requirements established by the Platform regarding the development, release, and integration of their own applications.
The Platform undertakes to verify and test users' applications for integration, distribution, and/or use in multiple (2 or more) workspaces. The user's application must comply with the Platform's requirements and Rules.
The user has the right to obtain more necessary information for the development, integration, and distribution of their own application within the Platform by writing to the official email sale@oneb.app.
By using our marketplace on the Platform, you agree to the following terms of use.
To use our marketplace, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration and to keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use our marketplace for purchasing, selling, or exchanging goods or services. You agree not to use the marketplace for any illegal or prohibited activities.
We collect personal information that you provide to us during registration, profile creation, and use of our marketplace. This information may include your name, email, contact details, and other data necessary to fulfill transactions and provide services.
We use the collected information to operate the marketplace, process payments, communicate with you, and ensure service quality. We may also use your information for analysis, improvement, and development of new features and services. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfill the agreement with you.
We take appropriate measures to ensure the security of your personal information and protect it from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
Our marketplace may contain links to third-party websites or resources for which we are not responsible. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of these third-party resources before providing your information.
The user is fully responsible for using the Platform and any actions taken using its services. The Platform is not responsible for any damages, data losses, or omissions related to the use of the Platform.
The Platform is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of information provided by users or third parties through the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties regarding its operation and security. The Platform is not responsible for any losses, damages, or problems arising from the use of the Platform or its applications.
We take responsibility for assisting users, correcting potential malfunctions, failures, and issues. We are always open to users' suggestions, comments, and feedback, which can be sent to our official email sale@oneb.app or by contacting us at https://admin.oneb.app/contact-us.
Access to the Platform's services is provided on a commercial basis. The user agrees to pay the appropriate fee for using the Platform according to the established rates or service agreement.
The Company collects financial information, such as credit card numbers or bank details, from users who make payments for our goods and/or services. Users' financial information is stored with a high level of confidentiality and protected from unauthorized access. We take appropriate technical, physical, and administrative security measures to ensure this.
The collected financial information is used exclusively for processing payments, billing, and ensuring the proper functioning of our services. We do not transfer financial information to third parties, except for our trusted partners, such as payment gateways, who directly handle payment processing. Such information is transmitted with confidentiality and security requirements.
We allow users to store their credit cards or other payment data on our service for convenience in future purchases. Payment data storage is carried out using the highest security standards. We use encryption and other technologies to protect such data from unauthorized access and misuse.
Users have the right to cancel a payment or request a refund according to our policy and terms. To cancel or request a refund, users need to contact our Support Service.
We pay great attention to security measures to prevent fraud, unauthorized payments, and breaches of users' financial data. If we detect any suspicious or unauthorized activity, we will immediately contact the user to take appropriate action.
The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information and ensure timely payment. The user is fully responsible for any payments related to the use of the Platform, including taxes, fees, or other additional costs that may apply under the law.
We reserve the right to change tariffs or service costs by notifying users of such changes in advance. Any changes in service costs do not affect payments made before the changes take effect.
In case of non-fulfillment of payment obligations by the user, the Platform has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services and restrict access to the Platform until full payment of the debt.
The Platform ensures the preservation of user accounts for payment records and transaction history.
The user has access to their account and can view the payment history made through the Platform.
The Platform undertakes to ensure the security and confidentiality of user accounts and payment information using appropriate data protection measures.
The Platform is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from unauthorized access to the user's account if such access occurred due to negligence or non-compliance with security requirements by the user.
The user has the right to contact the Platform's Support Service in case of issues or requests regarding their account and payment history.
In the event of user account deletion, the Platform undertakes to retain payment information for a specified period in accordance with legal requirements and data retention policies.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, mobile phone, etc.) when you visit a website. We use cookies to collect information about your settings and preferences, as well as to analyze web traffic and user interactions with our service.

The Company may contact you via email about your participation in user surveys, asking questions to improve current or future materials. This information will be used to improve the operation of the Platform and better understand our users. Any information we receive in such surveys will not be shared with third parties, except for aggregated anonymized data.
You grant us the right to send information about changes and updates to the Platform to your email.
We value users' opinions and feedback. We provide feedback opportunities to improve our product and deliver better services. Information provided by users through feedback may be used to improve the Platform's functionality, correct errors, and develop new features or applications, review received requests and respond to them in a reasonable time. The process of resolving requests may take time depending on the complexity and priority of the issue.
The user must provide accurate and complete information in their feedback messages for effective consideration and resolution of issues.
